Core Execution

RE Panel & Earthwork Solutions

In-house casting yards, fleet-owned cranes, and certified rigging teams for reinforced earth structures.

Service 01
Casting of RE Panels

Our in-house casting facility produces Reinforced Earth facing panels using precision steel proprietary moulds. Every batch is produced with M40/M45 grade concrete, certified rebar cages, and full wet curing before quality sign-off. Panels are stacked, marked, and dispatched to site on schedule.

  • Dedicated casting yard with steel proprietary moulds
  • M40 / M45 grade concrete per project specification
  • Rebar cage fabrication, assembly, and placement
  • Wet curing, visual and dimensional inspection
  • Batch records and material test documentation
  • Organised stacking, marking, and site dispatch
Service 02
Erection of RE Panels

Expert installation of RE wall panels using Escorts Hydra Model 14T and ACE mobile cranes operated by certified riggers. We ensure precise plumb and level placement for every panel, correct geogrid layer installation at design-specified intervals, engineered fill compaction, and final structural alignment sign-off.

  • Escorts Hydra Model 14T and ACE 14XW crane operations
  • Certified riggers and trained installation crew
  • Panel plumb and level setting with survey instruments
  • Geogrid installation at specified spacing intervals
  • Engineered fill placement and compaction testing
  • Final alignment, coping, and structural sign-off
Service 03
Level Pad Construction

We construct precision PCC level pad foundations at the base of RE walls. These pads are critical to correct panel bearing and long-term structural performance. Our surveying teams use laser levels to ensure the pad is set at exactly the specified elevation before any panel is erected.

  • Trench excavation to design depth and width
  • Surveying and laser level marking
  • PCC level pad casting with correct grade concrete
  • Elevation set to design drawing specification
  • Curing and inspection record before erection begins
Service 04
Road Formation & Earthwork

Complete road formation services including bulk earthwork, embankment construction, and subgrade preparation. We operate motorgraders, vibratory compactors, and tippers to build stable road formations ready to receive pavement layers. Compaction is tested and documented to specified Proctor density.

  • Bulk earthwork, cut, and fill operations
  • Embankment construction and shaping
  • Motorgrader profiling — camber and cross-fall
  • Compaction to specified Modified Proctor density
  • Subgrade trimming and level check
Service 05
Panel Transport & Logistics

We manage the complete logistics chain from casting yard to site — transporting heavy RE panels on low-bed trailers, coordinating route surveys, managing oversized load permits, and organising on-site panel stacking and sequencing for efficient erection.

  • Low-bed trailer transport for RE panels
  • Route survey and over-dimensional load permits
  • On-site panel numbering, stacking, and management
  • Aggregate, fill, and concrete material haulage
  • Equipment mobilisation and de-mobilisation
Service 06
Project Management & QA

Our site engineers and project managers oversee every stage of construction with rigorous QA/QC procedures. We maintain complete documentation — material test certificates, pour records, inspection checklists, and progress photographs — all organised for client submission and record.

  • Dedicated site engineer and supervisors on each project
  • Daily progress logs and site photography
  • QA/QC documentation and checklists
  • Third-party laboratory test coordination
  • Weekly client progress reports
  • As-built records and DPR submission
Service 07

  • Concept design and site planning
  • Drawing preparation and documentation
  • Regulatory and approval coordination
Service 08
Engineering Consultancy & Technical Testing

Our engineering consultancy service supports clients with technical testing and analysis — giving confidence in material quality, structural performance, and compliance before and during construction.

  • Engineering consultancy and technical advisory
  • Technical testing and analysis coordination
  • Compliance review against IS codes and IRC and MoRTH standards
Advisory Services

Project Consultancy & Technical Testing

Independent technical consultancy supporting highway and infrastructure projects at every stage — from survey and testing through to supervision.

Service 09
Highway & Road Project Consultancy

End-to-end technical consultancy for highway and road projects, covering feasibility, design review, specification compliance, and construction supervision. Suited to project authorities, EPC contractors, and concessionaires who need an independent technical partner across the project lifecycle.

  • Feasibility and technical due diligence
  • Design and drawing review against IRC/MoRTH standards
  • Specification and BOQ compliance checks

Service 10
NSV Survey

Network Survey Vehicle (NSV) surveys for rapid, high-speed pavement condition assessment — capturing roughness, rutting, cracking, and texture data across long highway stretches. Ideal for project authorities and maintenance agencies needing objective, network-level pavement condition data for planning and budgeting.

  • High-speed roughness (IRI) and rutting measurement
  • Crack and texture data capture
  • Network-level condition reporting
  • Data suitable for pavement management systems
Service 11
FWD Test

Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) testing to evaluate the structural strength and load-bearing capacity of existing pavements. Useful for consultants and contractors assessing overlay design requirements or verifying pavement performance before handover.

  • Structural evaluation of flexible pavements
  • Deflection basin measurement at design chainages
  • Back-calculation of layer moduli
  • Overlay design input reports
Service 12
NDT Test

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of concrete and structural elements using rebound hammer, ultrasonic pulse velocity, and cover meter methods — assessing strength and integrity without damaging the structure. Suited to clients requiring structural health assessment of existing bridges, culverts, and buildings.

  • Rebound hammer and UPV testing
  • Rebar cover and corrosion assessment
  • Concrete strength estimation
  • Structural condition assessment reports
Service 13
